Job Advertisement: Project Supervisor - Interior Fit Out

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the interior fit-out process, including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), furniture manufacturing, and finishes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including quantity surveys, estimations, project billing, and valuations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, and provide timely reports to the management team.
- Resolve any project-related conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BTech Civil) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, MEP systems, furniture manufacturing, and finishes.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying, estimation, project billing, and valuation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of contractors and subcontractors.
