SENIOR ANALYST - CYBER SECURITY

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform advanced analysis of security incidents and events to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.

Manage and enhance the organization's Threat Detection and Response capabilities using tools like Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and others.

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments using tools like Nessus, Qualys, or OpenVAS, and ensure timely remediation of identified risks.

Implement and maintain Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions to safeguard critical systems and resources.

Develop and execute Security Hardening Guidelines aligned with CIS or SITG Benchmarks.

Automate repetitive security tasks using Python scripting and enhance operational efficiency.

Support the integration of security practices within the SDLC by collaborating with DevSecOps teams and leveraging tools like GitHub, SonarQube, or AWS CodePipeline.

Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring quick containment and thorough root cause analysis.

Assist in maintaining and optimizing cloud security frameworks using tools such as AWS Security Hub and Azure Security Center.

Conduct firewall rule reviews, user access reviews, and network segmentation assessments to ensure secure configurations.

Head - Airside Soft Services

Key Accountabilities

To plan and Schedule Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Soft Services activities in Airside, landside, and Ancillary Buildings within BIA.

Plans all preventatives/periodic deep cleaning, pest control, FOD control, apron cleaning, bay washing, potable water delivery, waste disposal service, and provision of heavy equipment operation to support other FM departments with objective to maintain the serviced facility to the highest possible standard of cleanliness, hygiene and FOD safety.

Ensure that all activities shall be planned/scheduled in consideration of FM consolidated maintenance and minimum interruption to amenities availability

To lead the Soft Services operations in the Airside/Landside and Ancillary Buildings, Ensure timely and efficient execution of PPM, CM, and routine activities of the section operation plan.

Leads soft services team of in-house and contractor personnel assigned to the section, manages operational activities (routine, periodic and corrective maintenance).

Ensures individual and team working within the section execute their functional responsibility professionally and meet with job objectives and accountabilities.

All PPM and CM activities are executed on time and as per plan.

Provide support and oversight to comply with health, safety and environmental regulation and promote safety culture.

To ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety of personnel and workplace, hygiene & cleanliness, fire safety, FOD control, aerodrome safety (specifically to apron), industrial waste disposal regulations, and COSHH regulations. Ensure control measures are in place and implemented across all relevant areas of operations, educate and motivate promotion of safety culture throughout the operation.
