Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our range of consumer electronics and durable products to individual customers and businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase market presence and revenue.
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers, ensuring the best possible buying experience.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Track and report on sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from customers to enhance product offerings and improve sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or durable goods sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- High level of self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Previous experience in the Bahrain market is a plus.

- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.
- تحديد ومتابعة فرص المبيعات الجديدة لزيادة الحضور في السوق والإيرادات.
- تقديم المشورة الخبيرة ومعرفة المنتج للعملاء لضمان أفضل تجربة شراء ممكنة.
- التفاوض بشأن شروط البيع، التسعير، وجداول التسليم.
- تتبع وتقرير الأنشطة البيعية والتفاعلات مع العملاء باستخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والإدارة لضمان التوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- تقديم ملاحظات ورؤى من العملاء لتعزيز عروض المنتجات وتحسين استراتيجيات المبيعات.
- تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
المتطلبات:
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع الإلكترونيات الاستهلاكية أو السلع المتينة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض.
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع العملاء والشركاء.
- مستوى عالٍ من التحفيز الذاتي والتوجه نحو تحقيق الأهداف.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- توجيه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وأيضًا ضمن فريق.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مع معرفة باللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في سوق البحرين.
