Job Description:
- Lead and support the store sales team to drive performance and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Ensure operational excellence in daily activities, including inventory management, sales reporting, and team leadership.
- Monitor store compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
- Oversee after-sales processes such as returns and repairs.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and product displays, adhering to Under Armour’s brand guidelines.
- Regularly analyze sales and inventory data to optimize stock levels and improve store performance.
- Manage financial reporting, including daily invoices and sales recaps.

- Support in achieving sales targets and maximizing performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through optimal store coverage and scheduling.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational policies and brand guidelines.
- Oversee after-sales processes such as returns and repairs.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain accurate pricing, promotions, and discounts.
- Analyze sales and inventory data for optimization.
- Handle daily invoices and sales recaps.
