Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Independently price investment positions on a monthly, weekly, quarterly, annually, or daily basis.
• Ensure reporting deliverables meet high standards and are delivered on time.
• Ensure financial statements comply with accounting standards, fund documentation, and regulatory policies.
• Prepare Net Asset Valuation (NAV) for funds based on required reporting frequency.
• Process subscriptions and redemptions while ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate documentation for capital activities to meet AML compliance requirements.

Client Relationship & Audit Coordination

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate timely audit completion.
• Collaborate with other managers and teams to ensure smooth fund administration.
