Job Description:
AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Our team ensures that cloud services remain uninterrupted by managing data centers and maintaining servers, networking, power, and cooling systems.
As a Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining AWS Data Centers, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
✅ Maintain and operate critical infrastructure, including UPS, switchgear, generators, HVAC systems, and fire safety equipment.
✅ Troubleshoot facility-related issues and perform root cause analysis for equipment failures.
✅ Drive innovation while optimizing operational costs.
