 Visual Merchandise Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manama for a Visual Merchandise Manager. In this role, you shall be tasked with the design and execution of exquisite window and in-boutique displays that not only captivate clients but also optimise sales opportunities. 

As the Visual Merchandise Manager, your artistic vision will be integral to enhancing our in-store and online presentation, crafting alluring displays that epitomise our brand’s elegance and luxury. You will engage in close collaboration with various teams to ensure that our visual merchandising aligns with our brand standards and marketing strategies, inspiring all who encounter it.

Key Responsibilities 

-Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. 

-Design and execute seasonal displays and promotional setups in retail locations.

-Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align visual merchandising with promotional campaigns.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform visual strategies.

-Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising best practices

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail.

- Strong understanding of brand presentation and consumer behavior.

- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

بصفتك مديرًا للتسويق البصري، ستكون رؤيتك الفنية جزءًا لا يتجزأ من تحسين عروضنا داخل المتجر وعبر الإنترنت، من خلال تصميم عروض جذابة تُجسّد أناقة علامتنا التجارية وفخامتها. ستتعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرق مختلفة لضمان توافق عروضنا البصرية مع معايير علامتنا التجارية واستراتيجياتنا التسويقية، مما يُلهم كل من يصادفه.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

- تدريب وإرشاد فرق المتجر حول أفضل ممارسات العرض المرئي

المؤهلات

- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال العرض المرئي أو عرض الأزياء أو مجال ذي صلة.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال عرض المنتجات البصرية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مجال تجارة التجزئة الفاخرة.

- فهم قوي لعرض العلامة التجارية وسلوك المستهلك.

- القدرة الممتازة على الإبداع والاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
