 Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in architecture or architectural engineering (Candidates from the Philippines should hold PRC with minimum 8 years membership) - Required

Professional/ engineering license (Required)

eight years minimum experience in architecture

Strong project management, communication and presentation skills (Required)

Excellent portfolio of previous works preferably in Middle East (Preferred)

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, SketchUp and Microsoft Office applications (Required))

Electrical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Design Electrical Systems

Design electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects. Including both high-voltage systems for delivering power and low-voltage applications including ethernet and fiber-optic lines. Work closely with designers to determine how to effectively incorporate electrical elements, determine specifications, and prepare blueprints.

Direct Electrical Technicians

Directly oversee and manage teams of electrical technicians and subcontractors. Direct daily activities, answer questions about power needs and electrical codes, and guide workers throughout the construction process.

Resolve Electrical Issues

Resolve issues related to electric systems or devices that arise during the course of construction. Changes to a building’s design or practical concerns may result in existing electrical plans and blueprints no longer being viable, or specifications may change requiring a different power configuration, therefore quickly revise plans and resolve issues to prevent delays.

Develop Cost Estimates

Help develop cost estimates for both material and labor. By analyzing blueprints and site specifications, project the amount of wire, fixtures, and other materials the project will require. Estimate manpower and timelines, giving project managers the information needed to ensure the project remains within schedule.

رخصة مهنية/هندسية (مطلوب)

ثماني سنوات من الخبرة على الأقل في مجال الهندسة المعمارية

مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل والعرض (مطلوب)

محفظة ممتازة من الأعمال السابقة ويفضل أن تكون في الشرق الأوسط (مفضل)

كفاءة قوية في تطبيقات AutoCAD و3DS MAX وSketchUp وMicrosoft Office (مطلوب)

تصميم الأنظمة الكهربائية

تصميم أنظمة كهربائية لمشاريع البناء التجارية والسكنية والصناعية، بما في ذلك أنظمة الجهد العالي لتوصيل الطاقة، وتطبيقات الجهد المنخفض، بما في ذلك خطوط الإيثرنت والألياف الضوئية. التعاون الوثيق مع المصممين لتحديد كيفية دمج العناصر الكهربائية بفعالية، وتحديد المواصفات، وإعداد المخططات التفصيلية.

تطوير تقديرات التكلفة

ساعد في وضع تقديرات تكاليف المواد والعمالة. من خلال تحليل المخططات ومواصفات الموقع، يمكنك تقدير كمية الأسلاك والتجهيزات والمواد الأخرى التي سيحتاجها المشروع. قدّر القوى العاملة والجداول الزمنية، مما يوفر لمديري المشاريع المعلومات اللازمة لضمان التزام المشروع بالجدول الزمني.
