Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (PRC membership of at least 8 years for Philippine candidates) – Required
• Professional/engineering license – Required
• 8+ years of experience in architecture
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills – Required
• Proficient in: AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, SketchUp, Microsoft Office – Required
• Portfolio of previous works (preferably in the Middle East) – Preferred

Electrical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Direct electrical technicians and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with power needs and electrical codes.
• Resolve electrical issues during construction, making revisions to blueprints if needed.
• Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and project timelines.
• Manage construction schedules, collaborating with utility providers and planners.
• Conduct system testing and ensure adherence to electrical codes and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (PRC membership of at least 7 years for Philippine candidates) – Required
• 7+ years experience in electrical engineering design and supervision (MEP projects) – Required
• 4+ years experience in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office – Required
• Professional engineering license (CRPEP, NCEES FE/PE, UK CEng, etc.) – Required
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills – Required
• Preferred Experience:
  • 4+ years managing electrical engineering projects in GCC/MENA
  • 3+ years using Revit MEP for electrical design
  • 3+ years using ETAP (load flow, short circuit analysis)
  • 3+ years using DIALux for lighting design
  • PMP certification

مهندس معماري

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس / الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المعمارية ( عضوية جمهورية الصين الشعبية لمدة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات للمرشحين الفلبينيين) - مطلوب
• رخصة مهنية/هندسية - مطلوب
• أكثر من 8 سنوات من الخبرة في الهندسة المعمارية
• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل والعرض - مطلوب
• إجادة: AutoCAD، 3DS MAX، SketchUp، Microsoft Office – مطلوب
• محفظة أعمال سابقة (يفضل أن تكون في الشرق الأوسط) - مفضل

مهندس كهربائي

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

• تصميم الأنظمة الكهربائية للمشاريع التجارية والسكنية والصناعية .
• فنيين كهرباء مباشرين ومقاولين من الباطن، لضمان الامتثال لاحتياجات الطاقة والرموز الكهربائية .
• حل المشاكل الكهربائية أثناء البناء، وإجراء المراجعات على المخططات إذا لزم الأمر.
• إعداد تقديرات التكلفة للمواد والعمالة والجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
• إدارة جداول البناء ، والتعاون مع مقدمي الخدمات والمخططين.
• إجراء اختبار النظام والتأكد من الالتزام بالقواعد الكهربائية ومعايير السلامة .

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية ( عضوية جمهورية الصين الشعبية لمدة 7 سنوات على الأقل للمرشحين الفلبينيين) - مطلوب
• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تصميم وإشراف الهندسة الكهربائية (مشاريع MEP) - مطلوب
• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في AutoCAD 2D و Microsoft Office - مطلوب
• رخصة الهندسة المهنية (CRPEP، NCEES FE/PE، UK CEng، إلخ) - مطلوب
• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل والعرض - مطلوب
• الخبرة المفضلة:
  • أكثر من 4 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع الهندسة الكهربائية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي/الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا
  • أكثر من 3 سنوات من استخدام برنامج Revit MEP للتصميم الكهربائي
  • أكثر من 3 سنوات في استخدام برنامج ETAP (تحليل تدفق الحمل والدائرة القصيرة)
  • أكثر من 3 سنوات من استخدام DIALux لتصميم الإضاءة
  • شهادة PMP
