RESTAURANT FLOOR MANAGER JOB IN BAHRAIN
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and bussers to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations on the restaurant floor.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service.

Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of baristas to deliver excellent customer service
- Train new barista staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient coffee bar environment
- Ensure quality control of all coffee products, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ التدريب أو الشهادات الإضافية في تحضير القهوة تعتبر ميزة
