Your Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Oversee drilling contracts, ensuring compliance and effective vendor management.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring all drilling activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential drilling risks, developing contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the drilling team, staying abreast of the latest drilling technologies and best practices.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive drilling reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all operations.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in drilling operations, with a proven track record of successful well delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of drilling engineering principles, well design, and drilling equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
• Proficiency in drilling software and data analysis tools.
• Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.

• التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ: تطوير وتنفيذ برامج حفر شاملة تضمن التوافق مع أهداف الإنتاج وقيود الميزانية.
• القيادة التشغيلية: إدارة وإشراف جميع عمليات الحفر، بما في ذلك اختيار الحفارات، وتصميم الآبار، والتنفيذ، وضمان الالتزام بالسلامة واللوائح البيئية.
• تحسين الأداء: تحليل بيانات أداء الحفر، تحديد مجالات التحسين، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف.
• إدارة الفريق: قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق حفر عالي الأداء، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
• إدارة العقود: الإشراف على عقود الحفر، وضمان الامتثال والإدارة الفعّالة للموردين.
• السلامة والامتثال: قيادة ثقافة سلامة قوية، وضمان أن جميع أنشطة الحفر تلتزم باللوائح الصناعية ومعايير الشركة.
• إدارة المخاطر: تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المحتملة المرتبطة بالحفر، وتطوير خطط للطوارئ لضمان استمرارية العمليات.
• الخبرة الفنية: تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد لفريق الحفر، مع متابعة أحدث التقنيات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال الحفر.
• التقارير والتوثيق: إعداد وتقديم تقارير شاملة حول الحفر، وضمان التوثيق الدقيق في الوقت المحدد لجميع العمليات.

المؤهلات:

• درجة بكاليروس في هندسة البترول أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات الحفر مع سجل حافل في تسليم الآبار بنجاح.
• معرفة واسعة بمبادئ هندسة الحفر وتصميم الآبار ومعدات الحفر.
• مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة الفرق مع القدرة على تحفيز وتطوير فريق عالي الأداء.
• مهارات تواصل وشخصية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
• التزام مثبت بالسلامة والحفاظ على البيئة.
• إتقان برامج الحفر وأدوات تحليل البيانات.
• شهادات صناعية ذات صلة مرغوبة.
