Accountant – Easy Lease Motorcycle Rental (Bahrain)

About Us:

Easy Lease Motorcycle Rental is a leading provider of motorcycle leasing and rental services in Bahrain. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support overall accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions & Reporting:

   • Maintain daily financial transactions.

   • Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

   • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage receivables/payables.

   • Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring.

2. Taxation & Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with Bahrain VAT regulations.

   • Assist in filing VAT returns.

   • Maintain financial records per local requirements.

   • Coordinate audits and tax filings.

3. Payroll & Employee Benefits:

   • Process payroll, employee benefits, and WPS payments.

   • Ensure compliance with salary payment laws.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

   • Manage vendor payments and supplier account reconciliation.

   • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.

5. General Accounting & Cost Control:

   • Monitor company expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies.

   • Assist in cash flow forecasting.

   • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, CMA preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in the automotive, leasing, or logistics industry).

• Strong knowledge of Bahrain tax laws, VAT, and IFRS standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented accountant to maintain financial records and ensure reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and monthly/year-end closings.

• Ensure tax compliance and assist with audits.

• Reconcile accounts and provide financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Currently in Bahrain for local transfer (visit visa holders need NOT apply).

• Preferably Indian – Kerala.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

شركة Easy Lease لتأجير الدراجات النارية هي مزود رائد لخدمات تأجير الدراجات النارية. نحن نبحث عن محاسب دقيق للانضمام إلى فريقنا في البحرين.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية وإعداد البيانات المالية (الربح والخسارة، الميزانية العمومية، التدفقات النقدية).

• ضمان الامتثال للضرائب في البحرين وملء الإقرارات الضريبية في الوقت المحدد.

• إدارة الرواتب وفوائد الموظفين وضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل المتعلقة بالرواتب والخصومات.

• متابعة المدفوعات المستحقة من العملاء وضمان تحصيل الفواتير في الوقت المحدد.

• تتبع نفقات الشركة واقتراح استراتيجيات لتوفير التكاليف.

المؤهلات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ACCA أو CPA أو CMA).

• 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة تأجير السيارات أو اللوجستيات.

• معرفة قوية بقوانين الضرائب في البحرين وVAT ومعايير المحاسبة الدولية (IFRS).

• إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة.

• معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية.

• إتقان برامج المحاسبة وبرامج Excel.

• معرفة بنماذج التحليل المالي.

• مهارات قوية في الانتباه للتفاصيل وحل المشكلات.

• مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو كجزء من فريق.
