Position: Accountant cum Cost Controller – Male Candidates Only

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Cost Controller to join our team in the Catering Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and cost control, specifically within the catering or foodservice industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to grow and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all financial accounting and cost control functions for the catering division.
Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy.
Implement and monitor cost control procedures to minimize wastage and optimize profitability.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations for cost savings.
Monitor inventory management, procurement, and expenditure processes to ensure accurate and controlled costs.
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets in coordination with department heads.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws.
Maintain accurate records and reports for auditing and taxation purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
A professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be considered a strong plus.
Strong understanding of cost accounting techniques and principles, particularly within the catering or hospitality sector.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and cost control within the Catering or Foodservice industry.
Well-versed in accounting software like Zoho Books.
Strong knowledge of costing methods, financial analysis, and budget management.
Ability to implement cost reduction strategies while ensuring quality and service standards are maintained.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial managers.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

المؤهلات التعليمية:
درجة بكاليريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذو صلة.
مؤهل مهني مثل ACCA، CPA أو ما يعادلها يعتبر ميزة إضافية قوية.
المهارات والمؤهلات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المحاسبة ومراقبة التكاليف في صناعة التموين أو خدمات الطعام.
معرفة متعمقة في برامج المحاسبة مثل Zoho Books.
معرفة قوية بأساليب التكاليف، التحليل المالي، وإدارة الميزانيات.
القدرة على تنفيذ استراتيجيات تقليل التكاليف مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والخدمة.
مهارات تواصل قوية (كتابة وشفوية) مع القدرة على شرح المعلومات المالية المعقدة لغير المتخصصين.
انتباه قوي للتفاصيل، مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة، والقدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
