Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Food & Beverage Company
A well-known food and beverage company is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our Restaurant Chain.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s financial planning.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
- CPA is a strong advantage.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.

- Document financial transactions by entering account information in the system.
- Posting of entries
- Monitoring financial transactions
- Checking and reconciliation of GL accounts
- Maintain controls and accuracy by company internal policy
- Prepare MIS reports
- Support, guide, and help colleagues for improving performance
- Prepare VAT invoices/Credit notes
- Proper filing and recording of all documents

المهام الرئيسية:
- قيادة التخطيط المالي للشركة.
- إجراء إدارة المخاطر من خلال تحليل التزامات الشركة واستثماراتها.
- اتخاذ قرارات استثمارية بناءً على تحليل المخاطر النقدية والسيولة.
- التحكم وتقييم خطط جمع الأموال وبنية رأس المال للشركة.
- ضمان تدفق النقد بشكل مناسب لعمليات الشركة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير مالي (CFO) أو في دور مشابه.
- معرفة عميقة بالقانون المالي للشركات وممارسات إدارة المخاطر.
- معرفة ممتازة في تحليل البيانات وطرق التنبؤ المالي.
- إتقان استخدام برامج MS Office وبرامج إدارة المالية.
- القدرة على وضع استراتيجيات وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع الناس.
- ذهن تحليلي وراحة في التعامل مع الأرقام.
- شهادة CPA تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ شهادة ماجستير/MBA هي ميزة إضافية.
