Job Title: Accountant (ACCA Accountant)
Location: Bahrain
Hiring From: Bahrain (only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international standards.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements through accounting data monitoring and analysis.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle tax calculations, filings, and coordinate with tax authorities as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
Qualifications:
- ACCA accountant only (Other certifications will not be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting laws and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in managing accounts for multinational operations is an advantage.
Additional Skills:
- Fluency in English (C1/C2).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid Bahraini driving license preferred.

وظيفة شاغرة - محاسب (محاسب ACCA)
الموقع: البحرين
التوظيف: من البحرين فقط
المهام الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات المستحقة الدفع / القبض، وإدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام، وتسوية الحسابات البنكية.
- إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية، والربع سنوية، والسنوية وفقًا للمعايير المحلية والدولية.
- ضمان الدقة والامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية من خلال مراقبة وتحليل البيانات المحاسبية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات محاسبية فعالة.
- المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤات والتحليل المالي لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- التعامل مع حسابات الضرائب، والتقارير الضريبية، والتنسيق مع السلطات الضريبية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على السجلات والوثائق منظمة لضمان الجاهزية للتدقيق.
المؤهلات:
- شهادة ACCA فقط (لن يتم النظر في الشهادات الأخرى).
- إتقان برامج المحاسبة (مثل QuickBooks، SAP) وMicrosoft Excel.
- معرفة قوية بالقوانين المحاسبية المحلية والمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS).
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
الخبرات المفضلة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة.
- خبرة في إدارة الحسابات للعمليات متعددة الجنسيات هي ميزة إضافية.
المهارات الإضافية:
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (C1/C2).
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- رخصة قيادة بحرينية صالحة يفضل.
