• تطوير علاقات تجارية جديدة مع العائلات الملكية في البحرين من خلال المساعدين أو الوسطاء.
• التواصل المستمر مع فريق العلاقات العامة لمعرفة الفعاليات والفرص لمقابلة الشخصيات المؤثرة.
• إعادة تفعيل العملاء غير النشطين لتعزيز قاعدة العملاء الحالية.
• متابعة تطور كل عميل ضمن خطة تطوير العملاء مع مدير المتجر.
• تنفيذ ما لا يقل عن 10 اجتماعات فردية أسبوعيًا، داخل أو خارج المتجر، مع العملاء المحليين.
• حضور وتوجيه بعض أعضاء الفريق لتحسين عمليات البيع المتقاطعة وتقديم التدريب على إغلاق المبيعات.
• زيادة ولاء العملاء في جميع الأقسام بالتعاون مع مديري الأقسام ومستشاري المبيعات.
• تنمية وترقية العملاء ضمن فئات VIC وVVIC وElite.
• اقتراح أنشطة محلية لتعزيز ولاء العملاء وزيادة المشتريات.

Job Title: VIP Client Manager – Bahrain

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit new clients outside of the boutique clientele to enhance the qualitative database.
• Work on acquiring external clients through connections with local business entities (banks, government entities, etc.).
• Develop new business opportunities with Bahrain’s royal families through assistants or business intermediaries.
• Stay in constant contact with the PR team to learn about events and network with influential figures.
• Reactivate inactive clients to strengthen the existing client base.
• Follow up with the Boutique Manager on the development of each client within the client development path.
• Conduct at least 10 one-to-one (OTO) meetings per week, inside or outside the boutique, with local clients.
• Attend and oversee qualitative OTO sessions with team members to enhance cross-selling across boutique departments and provide closing sales coaching.
• Increase customer loyalty across all departments by collaborating with Department Managers and Sales Associates, tracking OTO results and transaction outcomes.
• Grow and elevate clientele within the VIC, VVIC & Elite categories.
• Propose local activities to enhance customer loyalty and purchasing behavior.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge across all departments.
• Provide and share product expertise and sales training with the boutique team.
