Job Opportunity: Electronics Technician 3 – Manama, Bahrain
Join M.C. Dean, Inc., a leading company in security and electronic systems
We are looking for an Electronics Technician 3 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. You will be part of an integrated team that designs, operates, and maintains electronic security systems, including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems on-site.
- Ensure the proper operation of electronic systems according to required standards.
- Conduct field surveys, configure hardware and software, and test systems for proper functionality.
- Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Follow safety plans and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze and interpret design drawings to ensure feasibility.
- Document installation and maintenance activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Install cables, racks, panels, and electronic equipment following industry standards.
- Test and configure electronic devices, network equipment, and IT systems.
- Assist in commissioning activities, operational testing, and continuous communication with project teams and customers.
- Lead work teams, provide feedback, and oversee execution processes.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with one of the following:
- Military electronics training (minimum 720 classroom hours), or
- Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program, or
- Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in installing and maintaining multiple electronic systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license (the position may require occasional use of a company vehicle).

- تحليل وتفسير مخططات التصميم لضمان قابلية التنفيذ.
- توثيق عمليات التركيب والصيانة وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
- تركيب الكابلات، الأرفف، اللوحات، والمعدات الإلكترونية وفقًا للمعايير الصناعية.
- اختبار وتكوين الأجهزة الإلكترونية، معدات الشبكات، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- المساعدة في عمليات التشغيل والاختبار والتواصل المستمر مع فرق العمل والعملاء.
- قيادة فرق العمل، تقديم الملاحظات، والإشراف على عمليات التنفيذ.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، بالإضافة إلى:
- تدريب إلكتروني عسكري (لا يقل عن 720 ساعة دراسية)، أو
- تخرج من برنامج معتمد في تقنيات الإلكترونيات، أو
- تخرج من برنامج تدريب مهني في الكهرباء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تركيب وصيانة الأنظمة الإلكترونية المتعددة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل وإدارة الوقت.
- مهارات في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ميزة إضافية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية (قد يتطلب المنصب استخدام سيارة الشركة).
