Vacant Positions:

E&I Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

Contribute to delivery of construction work packs, giving clear activity breakdown and detailed narratives for all construction activities.

Contribute discipline experience to the ongoing development of project work methods, processes and team development.

Carry out a constructability review of work packs, feeding back any issues to construction lead or relevant engineering discipline. This will include input at scope survey and engineering stage

Deliver against agreed planned work scopes ensuring obligations are met by way of timely completion of work packs.

Provide discipline input to scope definition and execution.

Assisting with the delivery and timely execution of the project/contract/service and ensure the contract requirements are satisfied.

Contribute to the development of project schedules

Qualifications

Typically minimum qualified to ISCED Level 5 (technical diploma / apprenticeship) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

Minimum 6 years in a similar role

Reasonable level of practical, applied knowledge of construction methods and processes typically gained by a minimum of 2 years on the job experience in relevant industry sector

Have a reasonable technical knowledge of construction discipline and associated process

Ability to identify risk to delivery

Ability to interpret discipline documentation

Basic knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS)

Material Controller

Responsibilities

Coordinating the movement of materials between departments

Creating records of materials' movements in the company

Negotiating with vendors

Carrying out safety checks

Ensuring operations follow company and industry regulations

Ordering materials

Scheduling shipments of products

Estimating freight costs

Tracking inventory with handheld scanners

Ensuring availability and controlling use of space, material handling equipment, and required spare parts

Establishing fire prevention and safety standards, and ensuring compliance

Determining requirements for storage, including those for classified, sensitive, radioactive, hazardous, mobility readiness spares packages and flammable property

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & gas industry
