About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Ophthalmology Nurse to join our team in Manama. The successful candidate will provide ophthalmic care to patients, assist ophthalmologists in clinical procedures, conduct diagnostic tests, and educate patients on eye health. The role also involves maintaining patient records and coordinating patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with eye conditions.
- Assist ophthalmologists during clinical and surgical procedures.
- Conduct ophthalmic diagnostic tests and screenings.
- Educate patients on eye health and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ophthalmology nursing (OT experience required).
- Knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Certification in Ophthalmic Nursing is a plus.

نبحث عن ممرض/ممرضة في طب العيون للعمل بدوام كامل في المنامة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن تقديم الرعاية العينية للمرضى، ومساعدة أطباء العيون في الإجراءات السريرية، وإجراء الاختبارات التشخيصية، وتثقيف المرضى حول صحة العيون. كما سيشارك في الحفاظ على سجلات المرضى وتنسيق الرعاية الطبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الرعاية التمريضية للمرضى الذين يعانون من أمراض العيون.
- مساعدة أطباء العيون أثناء الإجراءات السريرية والجراحية.
- إجراء الفحوصات والاختبارات التشخيصية الخاصة بطب العيون.
- تثقيف المرضى حول العناية بالعيون والوقاية من الأمراض.
- توثيق معلومات المرضى والتأكد من دقة السجلات الطبية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الطبية لضمان تقديم رعاية متكاملة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تمريض طب العيون (مطلوب خبرة في غرف العمليات).
- معرفة جيدة بالاختبارات التشخيصية وإجراءات طب العيون.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع المرضى.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة طبية سريعة الإيقاع.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية ودقة في العمل.
- رخصة تمريض سارية المفعول في الدولة المعنية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض.
- شهادة تخصصية في تمريض العيون ميزة إضافية.
