We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart,” which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. - Responsible for the operations of the store end-to-end: Staffing & scheduling, Ordering, Inbound receiving, stocking, Picking orders, packing orders, expense control within set operational standards.
- Coordinating and supervising store operations (i.e., selecting people, scheduling shifts, routine and preventive maintenance, etc.).
- Ensure efficient utilization of pickers with multi-tasking roles in order to optimize UTRs.
