Lead, Manage, and Deliver Excellence in After-Sales Services

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Service Director to lead and manage our after-sales service team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring efficient and timely solutions for our customers while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the after-sales service team.
• Develop after-sales service strategy in alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market demand, ensuring coordination with the overall strategy.
• Manage and optimize after-sales service processes to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
• Improve the quality of after-sales service, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in team management.
• Over 3 years of experience in the energy storage/lithium battery industry.
• Ability to break down strategic plans into regional goals and tasks, driving effective implementation.
• Experience in building and leading localization service teams and managing service resources.
• Capability to support service communications across multiple countries in the region.
• Regular communication with headquarters on project progress and regional work.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• القدرة على تفكيك الخطط الاستراتيجية إلى أهداف ومهام إقليمية، ودفع تنفيذها بفعالية.
• خبرة في بناء وقيادة فرق خدمة محلية وإدارة موارد الخدمة.
• القدرة على دعم التواصل الخدمي عبر عدة دول في المنطقة.
