We are urgently seeking an experienced General Accountant/Purchaser to join our General Trading Company in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant to manage all aspects of the accounting cycle in a rapidly expanding firm. About the Role:
This role involves managing and overseeing the entire accounting process, including costing, preparing financial statements, and reconciling discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account details.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Job Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with experience in managing accounts in English.
- Age Range: 30 to 35 years old.
- Experience: At least 8 years of accounting experience, including:
- Completing the full accounts cycle.
- Costing experience.
- Preparing financial statements and balance sheets.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (English Section).
- Behavioral Requirements:
- Good behavior and conduct.
- Non-smoker.

- تسوية التناقضات المالية من خلال جمع وتحليل معلومات الحسابات.
- تأمين المعلومات المالية من خلال إجراء نسخ احتياطي للبيانات.
- الحفاظ على أمان المعلومات المالية من خلال الالتزام بالضوابط الداخلية.
- إعداد المدفوعات من خلال التحقق من الوثائق وطلب الصرف.
المتطلبات:
- المهارات اللغوية: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا) مع خبرة في إدارة الحسابات باللغة الإنجليزية.
- الفئة العمرية: 30 إلى 35 سنة.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المحاسبة، بما في ذلك:
- إتمام دورة الحسابات بالكامل.
- خبرة في التكلفة.
- إعداد البيانات المالية والميزانيات العمومية.
- التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في التجارة (القسم الإنجليزي).
- المتطلبات السلوكية:
- سلوك حسن وتصرفات مهنية.
- غير مدخن.
