Details
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also be involved in the training and mentoring of the QC team to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
✔ Conduct inspections, audits, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality production
✔ Develop and enforce safety and quality policies
✔ Train and mentor the QC team to improve efficiency and compliance
✔ Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control or a related field
✅ Navy experience preferred (but not mandatory)
✅ Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulations, and safety protocols
✅ Leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
✔ الإشراف وتنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة لضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية
✔ إجراء الفحوصات والتدقيقات وتقييمات الأداء للحفاظ على الإنتاج عالي الجودة
✔ تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات الخاصة بالجودة والسلامة
✔ تدريب وإرشاد فريق مراقبة الجودة لتحسين الكفاءة والامتثال
✔ تحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
الشروط
✅ خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مراقبة الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة
✅ خبرة في الجيش مفضلة (لكنها ليست إلزامية)
✅ معرفة قوية بمعايير ضمان الجودة والتنظيمات وبروتوكولات السلامة
✅ مهارات القيادة وإدارة الفريق
✅ مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات الممتازة
