A leading General Trading Company in Bahrain is seeking a Mechanical Sales Engineer with 5-10 years of experience. This role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales in various industries, including Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Building Materials, Cement, Marine, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverages, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers in diversified industries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with factory personnel and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance.
- Attend industry events and trade shows.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Company car will be provided).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تحديد العملاء المحتملين في مختلف الصناعات والتواصل معهم.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العاملين في المصانع وأصحاب القرار.
- التفاوض وإتمام صفقات البيع.
- إعداد تقارير المبيعات وتتبع الأداء.
