We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Instrumentation Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities in industries such as Water, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Building Materials, Cement, Marine, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverages, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wastewater treatment, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the full sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on Automation, Electrical, and IIoT technologies, particularly in wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure projects.
- Solution Selling: Present and sell Automation and IIoT solutions, tailoring proposals to customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct industry research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Skills Required
- Experience with MEP contractors, system integrators, switchgear, wastewater treatment, or infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of Bahrain’s local regulations and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Automation or IIoT industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) or a related field.

نبحث عن مهندس مبيعات أجهزة قياس وتحكم لديه الحافز القوي لتحقيق النتائج، للعمل على تطوير فرص تجارية جديدة في قطاعات المياه، النفط والغاز، الكيميائيات، مواد البناء، الأسمنت، البحرية، الأدوية، الأغذية والمشروبات، وغيرها.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تطوير العملاء المحتملين: البحث عن فرص تجارية جديدة في قطاع معالجة المياه، البنية التحتية، والصناعات المختلفة.
- إدارة دورة المبيعات: الإشراف على عملية البيع من التواصل الأولي حتى إغلاق العقود.
- الخبرة التقنية: تقديم حلول متخصصة في التحكم الآلي، الكهرباء، وتقنيات IIoT، خاصة في محطات معالجة المياه ومشاريع البنية التحتية.
- بيع الحلول التقنية: تقديم عروض لأنظمة التحكم الآلي وتقنيات IIoT وفقًا لاحتياجات العملاء.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع العملاء.
- تحليل السوق: دراسة الاتجاهات وفرص النمو في القطاع.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية: العمل مع فرق الهندسة، تطوير المنتجات، والعمليات لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في العمل مع مقاولي الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية (MEP)، تكامل الأنظمة، لوحات التحكم، أو معالجة المياه والبنية التحتية.
- معرفة باللوائح والمعايير المحلية في البحرين.
- مهارات التفاوض وحل المشكلات.
- إتقان برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
الخبرة المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال التحكم الآلي أو IIoT.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (كهربائية، ميكانيكية، أجهزة قياس وتحكم) أو تخصص ذي صلة.
