Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Manama. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, using accounting software, and performing various accounting and finance-related tasks including bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage financial statements.
- Use accounting software (preferably Odoo) for various accounting tasks.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and financial duties.
- Provide support for finance-related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Apply strong analytical skills to solve financial problems.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for financial documents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting practices.
- Experience with accounting software, with Odoo being preferable.
- Solid understanding of finance and bookkeeping principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Candidate must be based in Bahrain.

- التعامل مع المهام اليومية لمسح الحسابات والمسائل المالية.
- تقديم الدعم للأنشطة المالية وضمان الدقة والامتثال.
- استخدام مهارات التحليل لحل المشكلات المالية.
- الحفاظ على تنظيم دقيق وفعال للملفات المالية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية بإعداد البيانات المالية والممارسات المحاسبية.
- خبرة في استخدام برامج المحاسبة، ويفضل Odoo.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة والمالية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
- درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في البحرين.
