Key Responsibilities

Design Excellence
- Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps)
- Design user experiences that simplify complex blockchain functionalities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms
- Craft dashboards that provide seamless visualization of blockchain holdings and statistics

User Research and Innovation
- Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing
- Evaluate competitor projects and identify design improvement opportunities
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Web3, crypto, and blockchain technologies
- Develop design systems and UI libraries that ensure consistent user experiences

Collaboration and Strategy
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Translate complex blockchain concepts into user-friendly design solutions
- Collaborate on implementing secure authentication mechanisms
- Contribute to the long-term design vision of blockchain products

Scrum Master
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Scrum Master I (Scrum.org) or Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) certification.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
- Proven experience in remote project delivery management, remote team management, and virtual collaboration, through the use of tools (like for instance Jira, Confluence, Office 365, ClickUp and Miro).
- In order to help Product Owners, profound knowledge on Product Backlog management techniques and release management.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Deep understanding of Development and Operations best practices.
Soft skills
- Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Problem-solving, analytic mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus skills
- Direct working experience in Blockchain/DLT projects. Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and wallet integrations.
- Additional coaching certifications such as ICAgile, Management 3.0, etc.
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
- Coach 2-3 remote Agile teams through servant leadership principles, ensuring their effectiveness and promoting self-management and accountability.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in implementing DevOps best practices (CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
- Manage and help remove impediments.

Process Management
- Set up and maintain scrum boards for optimal workflow.
- Implement async communication strategies for distributed teams.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and tailored Scrum framework, while also identifying potential improvements to this framework that could be applied across all company projects.

Web3 Specific Duties
- Facilitate web3 native toolset implementation.
- Support release management and smart contract audit processes.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align Web3 initiatives with organizational objectives.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Your responsibilities include
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to thoroughly evaluate software functionality, performance, and usability.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements and resolve issues.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, including estimating, prioritizing, and scheduling QA tasks.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and other QA documentation.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Analyze test results and provide comprehensive reports to the development team and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Typescript).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desired Skills
- ISTQB Certified Tester or other relevant QA certifications.
- Experience with continuous integration and version control systems.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing techniques.
- Familiarity with API testing and database testing.
