About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Programme Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 solutions. This senior position will be key in ensuring the solution architecture aligns with business goals and in overseeing the successful delivery of the Dynamics 365 programme.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 applications, particularly in Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, along with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable, flexible, and high-performance Dynamics 365 architecture. Ensure that the system's architecture meets functional, non-functional, and technical requirements across multiple business units.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Dynamics 365 programme, from initial planning and solution design through to implementation, ensuring that the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Lead efforts to ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other business systems, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accessibility across platforms.
- Develop and create standard templates for deployment across multiple regions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring that the team follows Microsoft Dynamics best practices and delivers high-quality solutions.
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Dynamics 365 solution architecture or enterprise-level ERP projects.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementation programmes across multiple business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, O2C, Service to Cash, Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay) on a global level.
- Hands-on experience with D365 integration, data modelling, cloud architecture, and application development.
