Incident Manager
About the job
As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of incidents impacting the company's services. You will intervene to coordinate technical teams, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure a thorough follow-up of incidents until their resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Incident Management: Taking charge of critical incidents, leading war rooms, coordinating teams, and escalating if necessary.
- Communication & Reporting: Interacting with technical and non-technical teams, drafting post-incident reports, and documenting corrective actions.
- Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Monitoring trends, implementing preventive actions, improving ITIL processes, and tracking KPIs (MTTR, SLA, SLO).
- Tools & Documentation: Maintaining records in ITSM tools (Jira, Notion, ServiceNow) and tracking post-mortem actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT or ITSM incident management, with a strong ability to handle crises.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Kubernetes, Linux environments, and AWS, Azure, and GCP clouds.
- Tools & Monitoring: Proficiency in Datadog, Prometheus, AlertManager, as well as ITSM tools like Jira and Notion.
- Scripting Skills: Knowledge of Python, Bash for automating certain tasks.
- Network & Security: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN concepts.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, effective communication, priority management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Certification: ITIL Foundation certification (a plus).

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discussions regarding strategy, function, design, and implementation of SharePoint projects.
- Provide time estimates based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, utilizing a range of technologies including Azure, TypeScript, C#, PowerShell, and React.
- Support SharePoint file migration project across EMEA, improving file access and management for end-users and managing storage costs.
