We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at a reputable cleaning company. This position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in operational management and enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency, while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance customer experiences.
- Manage supply ordering and inventory levels.
- Supervise the operations team and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Train new employees while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Engage with customers and suppliers, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Track and report on operational performance.
- Maintain and update policy and procedure documents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from a reputable university.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Strong ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- تحسين العمليات والإجراءات التشغيلية لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ العمليات والإجراءات الجديدة.
- تحديد وتنفيذ التحسينات لتحسين تجربة العملاء.
- إدارة طلب الإمدادات والمحافظة على مستويات المخزون.
- الإشراف على فريق العمليات وتوزيع المهام.
- تدريب الموظفين الجدد وضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة.
- التفاعل مع العملاء والموردين، والرد على الاستفسارات وحل المشكلات.
- تتبع الأداء التشغيلي وإعداد التقارير.
- الحفاظ على تحديث الوثائق الخاصة بالسياسات والإجراءات.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
- درجة بكالوريوس مفضلة من جامعة مرموقة.
- 2+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال العمليات أو في دور مشابه.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والقيادة.
- القدرة على تحليل وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابة وشفوية).
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت.
- دقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
