The Principal Engineer of Civil & Structure is responsible for the development and implementation of the highest levels of technical delivery for structural engineering designs, from inception to completion, executed from the MSCEB Office in Bahrain. This role also involves implementing a learning and development program under the guidance of the Structural Engineering Design Director to enhance and develop the technical skills of the Structural Engineering teams within the MSCEB Office in Bahrain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of structural engineering designs.
- Ensure the highest levels of technical delivery and project execution.
- Manage the learning and development of engineering teams in Bahrain.
- Validate calculations and designs for accuracy.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Revit, Etabs, SAP, SAFE, Prokon, Staad Pro, and Tedds.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering design and principles.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent in Civil and Structural Engineering.
- Professional certification in Civil and Structural Engineering (preferred).
- 15-20 years of experience in the structural engineering field.

مهندس أول في الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية مسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ أعلى مستويات التسليم الفني لتصميمات الهندسة الإنشائية من البداية إلى النهاية، وذلك من خلال مكتب MSCEB في البحرين. كما يتولى مسؤولية تنفيذ برنامج للتعلم والتطوير تحت إشراف مدير تصميم الهندسة الإنشائية لتحسين وتطوير الكفاءة التقنية لفرق الهندسة الإنشائية في مكتب MSCEB في البحرين.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ تصميمات الهندسة الإنشائية.
- ضمان أعلى مستويات التسليم الفني وتنفيذ المشروع.
- إدارة برامج التعلم والتطوير لفرق الهندسة في البحرين.
- التحقق من دقة الحسابات والتصميمات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام برامج Revit، Etabs، SAP، SAFE، Prokon، Staad Pro، Tedds.
- فهم عميق لتصميمات ومبادئ الهندسة الإنشائية.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- درجة الماجستير أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية.
- شهادة مهنية في الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية (يفضل).
- من 15 إلى 20 عامًا من الخبرة في مجال الهندسة الإنشائية.
