As the Senior Director of Professional Services for Kong’s Customer Experience team in the EMEA region, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive maximum value from their investment in Kong technology. You will be responsible for overseeing the success of our Field Engineers and Solution Architects, ensuring seamless engagement with customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Customer Experience Professional Services team, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
• Drive the day-to-day operations of Field Engineers and Solution Architects in the EMEA region.
• Oversee world-class support and technical consulting services, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to your team while owning direct reporting and P&L responsibility.
• Serve as a trusted partner and sponsor for Kong’s largest and most critical customers, working with everyone from developers to executives.
• Represent Kong's culture and values daily while focusing on continuous growth and learning within the team.
