WE Logistics is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bahrain. If you have 5-7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company expansion and sales goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients
- Resolve any customer inquiries regarding service levels, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Personnel Affairs) to achieve both general and specific departmental goals
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics sales, with a strong background in courier services/freight transport
- Must be based in Bahrain
- Knowledge and experience in the Bahraini logistics and transportation market
- Extensive relationships in the logistics (transportation/delivery) industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries after traditional business hours
- Owns a car and a valid license

- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين وأصحاب المصلحة
- تحليل الاتجاهات السوقية وأنشطة المنافسين لتحديد الفرص التجارية
- إعداد وتقديم العروض للعملاء بما يتماشى مع احتياجاتهم وأهدافهم
- المشاركة في الفعاليات والمعارض الصناعية لتعزيز العلامة التجارية وبناء علاقات مع العملاء المحتملين
- حل استفسارات العملاء المتعلقة بمستوى الخدمة وضمان رضا العملاء
- تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالشركة، بما في ذلك البروتوكولات الأمنية والامتثال للوائح
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى داخل الشركة (التسويق - الشؤون المالية - شؤون الموظفين) لتحقيق الأهداف العامة للأقسام
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات أو أي مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مبيعات اللوجستيات، مع خلفية قوية في خدمات النقل البري / الطرود
- إقامة في البحرين
- معرفة وخبرة في سوق النقل واللوجستيات البحريني
- علاقات واسعة في صناعة النقل والتوصيل
- سجل حافل في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات، وتحديد الاتجاهات، واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة
- التزام بتقديم خدمة استثنائية وتركيز قوي على العملاء
- إلمام ببرامج Microsoft Office وCRM
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على تعدد المهام
- القدرة على الرد على استفسارات العملاء بعد ساعات العمل التقليدية
- يمتلك سيارة ورخصة قيادة سارية
