We are a well-reputed company in Bahrain looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the cleaning field and will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our premises.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises are maintained.
- Carry out regular inspections to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
- Train and supervise cleaning staff.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and policies.
- Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement cleaning schedules.
