Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies for new hires and existing team members.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).

💻 Experience designing and delivering remote training programs.
📚 Proficiency in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

✅ التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان توافق أهداف التدريب مع أهداف العمل.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
🎓 درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الموارد البشرية، أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).
📅 خبرة 5+ سنوات في التدريب والتطوير، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة مركز الاتصال.
🗣️ مهارات قيادية واتصال قوية.
