Event Setup Administrative Assistant

This role will involve supporting the Event Operations and Technical Production teams to successfully carry out events at Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) and prepare all necessary furniture/setup requirements during buildup, event days, and breakdown days. Additionally, the role includes conducting regular stock counts.

ABOUT THE VENUE
Inaugurated in November 2022 and owned by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) is the World’s Leading New Exhibition and Convention Centre for 2023 and the Middle East’s Leading Large-Scale Wedding Venue for 2024. It is the newest MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) venue in the Middle East.
The venue offers a wide range of leasable spaces for events of all sizes, from large conventions and exhibitions to conferences, live performances, weddings, galas, corporate functions, and more.
With 10 large Exhibition Halls, a 4,000-seat tiered auditorium, 95 meeting rooms, a Royal & VIP Majlis, and a 250-seat restaurant, EWB is set to become the largest venue of its kind in the Middle East, offering 95,000 sqm of exhibition space.
