About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Control Officer to oversee the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with regulatory and airline customer requirements. The successful candidate will ensure that all quality assurance and control processes are executed as per approved plans, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure timely updates are shared with relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, approve, and implement Quality Management System (QMS) programs, conducting audits and inspections accordingly.
Oversee external audits from regulatory agencies and customer airlines to ensure compliance.
Maintain and update operational manuals, ensuring they are accessible and standardized.
Disseminate customer airline notifications and updates to relevant departments.
Monitor and ensure the closure of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) within the agreed timeframe.
Conduct periodic policy and manual reviews to align with current regulations and customer requirements.
Analyze audit and inspection data to assess the effectiveness of QMS and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Ensure compliance with company and airport authorities’ health, safety, and security requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in aircraft ground handling, covering turnaround activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling principles, procedures, and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including quality tools for root-cause analysis and statistical evaluation.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
