We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman with expertise in both electrical and plumbing systems to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and plumbing networks.
- Ensure work is performed according to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and project specifications.
- Perform site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide hands-on guidance when needed.
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools needed for the project.
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in electrical and plumbing fields.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, installations, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and plumbing issues.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training or certifications in electrical and plumbing is a plus.

- إجراء فحوصات للموقع لتقييم تقدم المشروع وجودة العمل.
- حل المشكلات التقنية في الموقع وتقديم الإرشادات العملية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على مخزون المواد والأدوات اللازمة للمشروع.
- ضمان اتباع بروتوكولات السلامة بدقة في الموقع.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة كفورمان أو في دور إشرافي في مجالات الكهرباء والسباكة.
- معرفة شاملة بأنظمة الكهرباء والسباكة، والتركيب والصيانة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسوم الهندسية.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل.
- القدرة على استكشاف وحل المشكلات الكهربائية والصحية المعقدة.
- شهادة OSHA أو شهادات سلامة ذات صلة هي ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية.
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله؛ التدريب الفني أو الشهادات الإضافية في الكهرباء والسباكة هي ميزة إضافية.
