• Position: Barista
• Responsibilities:
  • Set up food service areas, kitchen, and salad stations as per instructions
  • Ensure proper temperatures for food and beverages
  • Operate bakery and cooking equipment as assigned
  • Prepare hot and cold dishes, beverages, salads, sandwiches, and simple bakery items
  • Serve food to customers with proper portions and garnishes
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
  • Handle day-to-day problems related to food supplies and equipment
  • Perform cashiering duties as required
  • Provide training to junior employees

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
