Key Responsibilities:
Build Strategic Partnerships: Connect with schools, universities, corporations, and government organizations to promote academic collaboration and business growth.
Engage with Students & Parents: Develop relationships with prospective students and their families to guide them through the enrollment process.
Increase Brand Awareness: Work with schools and educational agencies to strengthen our presence in Saudi Arabia.
Respond to Inquiries: Address questions from prospective students and parents regarding admission requirements and processes.
Represent the Institution at Events: Attend and represent the university at recruitment events, including roadshows, corporate functions, open houses, and school fairs across KSA.
Support Institutional Goals: Assist with additional tasks as needed to contribute to the university’s vision and objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
Saudi National (Mandatory).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! No prior experience is required, but previous experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, especially in higher education, is a plus.
Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Professional certification in a relevant field is desirable.

الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، تطوير الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
مواطن سعودي (شرط أساسي).
حديثو التخرج مرحب بهم للتقديم! لا تشترط الخبرة، لكن يفضل امتلاك خبرة سابقة في تطوير الأعمال، المبيعات، أو التوظيف، خاصة في قطاع التعليم العالي.
القدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مستندة إلى المعلومات.
مهارات تواصل قوية شفهية وكتابية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Specialist to support SEA 21 in the areas of Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E), combat systems, aviation, and cyber and information systems. The role involves planning modernization efforts, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the sustainment of ship systems.
Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets using statistical software to identify trends and issues.
Design surveys and data collection tools.
Develop visualizations (graphs, charts) to convey findings.
Conduct reliability and maintainability analysis.
Oversee equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.
Assess cybersecurity risks and implement solutions.
Perform cost estimation, project scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
Develop and review maintenance standards and technical documentation.
Evaluate performance during ship trials and testing.
Liaise between Ship’s Force, shore support, and program teams.
Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience.
15 years’ experience in engineering and DoD support preferred.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a technical field preferred.
Familiarity with Navy modernization processes, shipyards, and onboard environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and project management skills.
