Job Announcement:
We are urgently hiring an IT Manager for a well-established automobile company in Bahrain. With over 14 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry or a dealership within the GCC region, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to take on a senior role and manage a diverse range of IT functions within the company.
The ideal candidate will have a solid career history and stability within the industry. Experience with ERP/DMS systems related to automotive dealerships is essential, as is the ability to manage IT infrastructure, software implementation, and system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare the annual IT budget.
- Oversee ERP/DMS systems related to automotive dealerships.
- Ensure a complete understanding of the automotive dealership workflow.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and IT service providers.
- Monitor SQL development and Oracle Database operations.
- Manage software implementation and upgrades, including initiation, testing, and execution.
- Monitor system performance, security, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems as needed.
- Conduct Windows security updates and provide troubleshooting as necessary.
- Ensure the availability and accessibility of IT infrastructure in line with business SLAs.
- Manage the IT infrastructure for new office or branch setups.
- Handle Active Directory tasks, including FSMO role migration and backup management.
- Monitor DNS records and handle exchange server troubleshooting.
- Provide end-user support for IT and PABX-related issues.
Requirements:
- 14+ years of experience in the automobile industry or a dealership in the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/DMS systems for automotive dealerships.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, server migrations, and OS updates.
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and Exchange server troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, budgeting, and planning for branch setups.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

المسؤوليات والمهام:

- إدارة تنفيذ البرمجيات والترقيات، بما في ذلك بدء المشاريع والاختبار والتنفيذ.
- مراقبة أداء النظام، الأمان، وتصحيح الأخطاء وصيانة الأنظمة حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء تحديثات أمان Windows وتقديم التصحيح اللازم.
- ضمان توافر والوصول إلى بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يتماشى مع SLAs الخاصة بالأعمال.
- إدارة بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتعلقة بإعداد المكاتب أو الفروع الجديدة.
- التعامل مع مهام Active Directory بما في ذلك ترحيل دور FSMO وإدارة النسخ الاحتياطي.
- مراقبة سجلات DNS والتعامل مع مشاكل خوادم Exchange.
- تقديم الدعم للمستخدمين النهائيين فيما يتعلق بالاتصالات الخاصة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وPABX حسب الحاجة.
المتطلبات:
- 14 عامًا من الخبرة في صناعة السيارات أو الوكلاء في منطقة الخليج.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة ERP/DMS الخاصة بوكالات السيارات.
- خبرة عملية في VMware وHyper-V وعمليات ترحيل الخوادم وتحديثات أنظمة التشغيل.
- معرفة بـ SQL وOracle وإصلاح مشاكل خوادم Exchange.
- خبرة في إدارة بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الميزانية، والتخطيط لإعداد الفروع.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل.
