Role Overview
As the Engineering Technical Lead - Mobile, you will oversee the development, optimization, and expansion of our mobile application, built with React Native. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership, ensuring that cross-functional teams are building the right solutions to solve customer problems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the mobile app is secure, scalable, and extensible for future development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the continued development and optimization of our mobile application using React Native.
- Govern the technical maturity of the mobile app’s architecture, addressing and remediating technical challenges over time.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and built with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of innovation and quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading the development of mobile applications, ideally with React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, including scalability, security, and performance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
