💰 Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 (Based on experience)
✈️ Travel: Up to 15%
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver professional services for Hammerspace customers.
- Design and implement data solutions across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
- Conduct technical workshops and training for customers.
- Provide post-sales consulting and act as a resident engineer for long-term client support.
- Develop and improve deployment templates, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine Hammerspace solutions and support innovation.
🔹 Requirements
✅ 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect in enterprise or consulting.
✅ Expertise in NAS platforms (NetApp, Isilon, Qumulo, Dell EMC Unity, etc.).
✅ Strong knowledge of NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3 protocols.
✅ Networking & Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KHV).
✅ Linux expertise (permissions, log analysis, networking).
✅ Cloud computing (AWS, Azure preferred).
✅ Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) & Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Puppet).
✅ Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills.

🔹 المسؤوليات الأساسية
- قيادة الخدمات الاحترافية لعملاء Hammerspace.
- تصميم وتنفيذ حلول إدارة البيانات السحابية والمحلية.
- تقديم ورش عمل وتدريبات تقنية للعملاء.
- توفير الاستشارات بعد البيع ودعم العملاء كمستشار مقيم.
- تطوير وتحسين قوالب النشر وسير العمل وأفضل الممارسات.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتحسين الحلول وابتكار التقنيات.
🔹 المتطلبات
✅ 5+ سنوات من الخبرة، منها 3+ سنوات كمهندس حلول في بيئات المؤسسات أو الاستشارات.
✅ خبرة في منصات NAS (NetApp، Isilon، Qumulo، Dell EMC Unity).
✅ معرفة قوية ببروتوكولات NFS، SMB/CIFS، S3.
✅ خبرة في الشبكات والمحاكاة الافتراضية (VMware، Hyper-V).
✅ إتقان Linux (إدارة الصلاحيات، تحليل السجلات، الشبكات).
✅ الحوسبة السحابية (AWS، Azure مفضل).
✅ مهارات البرمجة (Bash، Python، PowerShell) وأدوات الأتمتة (Terraform، Puppet).
✅ مهارات تواصل وكتابة وتعاون ممتازة.
