Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with Government Authorities: Interacting with various government entities such as Immigration, Ministry of Labor, Municipality, Traffic Department, Department of Economy, Security, Airport (Meet & Assist), NTA, and other relevant bodies for different tasks.
Submitting and Collecting Documents: Responsible for submitting and collecting documents from government agencies.
Evaluating Applications: Assessing the type of applications received and ensuring proper handling.
Document Typing and Completion: Typing and completing documents correctly before submission.
Managing Files: Maintaining a balance file of submitted documents for future follow-ups.
Arranging Proper Filing: Ensuring files are organized properly for future record-keeping.
Timely Filing: Filing documents within the required time frame.
Payment Records: Keeping records of payments made for accurate invoicing.
Arranging Commercial Registrations and Memberships: Coordinating company commercial registrations, memberships, etc.
Employee and Visitor Support: Assisting employees and visitors in dealing with government departments by providing necessary contacts, addresses, forms, etc.
Obtaining Municipality Permissions: Obtaining necessary permissions from municipalities for company projects as required.
Developing Contacts: Building and maintaining new contacts at various departments when needed.
Resolving Government-Related Issues: Assisting in resolving issues related to government departments such as Ministries, Police, Customs, etc.
Handling Correspondence: Managing all relevant correspondence with government bodies.
Monitoring and Communicating Changes: Keeping track of changes in government regulations and procedures and communicating them to relevant departments or individuals for awareness.

التسجيل في الوقت المحدد: إيداع المستندات في الوقت المحدد.
السجلات المالية: الحفاظ على سجلات المدفوعات المنفذة للفوترة الصحيحة.
تنظيم التسجيلات التجارية والعضويات: تنسيق تسجيلات الشركة التجارية والعضويات وغيرها.
دعم الموظفين والزوار: مساعدة الموظفين والزوار في التعامل مع الإدارات الحكومية من خلال توفير جهات الاتصال والعناوين والنماذج اللازمة.
الحصول على التصاريح البلدية: الحصول على التصاريح المطلوبة من البلديات لمشاريع الشركة حسب الحاجة.
تطوير جهات الاتصال: بناء والحفاظ على جهات اتصال جديدة في الإدارات حسب الحاجة.

Position Objective:
The primary purpose of this role is to prepare the dining hall before service and ensure it remains clean, organized, and fresh. In addition to this, the role involves assisting in serving clients during their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in Restaurant Cleaning: Help with cleaning the restaurant in the morning to ensure it is ready for service.
Cleaning Service Utensils: Ensure all service utensils are cleaned before each service.
Restaurant Setup: Assist the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant for service.
Maintaining Appearance: Maintain a clean appearance and uphold a high level of hygiene.
Mise en Place Preparation: Help the captain waiter in preparing the mise en place (food preparation).
Transporting Food: Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
Assisting with Food Service: Help the captain waiter in placing food plates on clients' tables.
Maintaining Cleanliness During Service: Change ashtrays and refill glasses with water as needed during service.
Clearing Tables: Clear the table after meals and ensure it is cleaned for the next guests.
Transporting Dirty Utensils: Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Following Instructions: Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow their instructions closely.

Position Objective:
This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked section. The position also involves serving clients and introducing and promoting special drinks to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving Customers: Serve customers their favorite drinks with a smile and excellent service.
Mastering Cocktails: Master the art of the restaurant's cocktails and mix them with skill and enthusiasm.
Managing Drink Requests: Handle all drink requests efficiently and work closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service.
Maintaining Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to required health, safety, and restaurant standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Stock Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar during shifts.

Job Description:
Position Objective: The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. This role involves performing various operational duties, such as store maintenance and ensuring visual presentation standards are met, as assigned by the store manager/assistant store manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
- Serve customers with the highest standards and follow the company’s selling guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Stay updated on the various brands of the group to offer suggestive selling to customers.
Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:
- Be presentable and well-groomed at all times.
- Be flexible to work extended hours during the sale period.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
- Be adaptable to the store's changing needs, including working extended hours during sale periods.

Job Description
Position Objective: To align with the company’s motto of fun, festive, and memorable by entertaining customers while serving. Responsible for all aspects of cake decorating operations, from initiating/receiving the order to meeting the customer's specified pick-up time for cake orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes to customer specifications, ensuring the design/theme is applicable to standards and procedures.
- Use icing bags or handmade paper cones to decorate cakes and pastries with designs.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that the design is uniform, paying close attention when creating intricate decorations.
- Stamina: Be prepared to stand for long periods of time as cake decorating is a hands-on job.
- Color Vision: Having a keen ability to differentiate between colors and hues when mixing icings and creating designs.
- Utilize specific tools such as airbrush guns, modeling tools, and mixers to create designs.
- Assemble and prepare soft serve and cakes (or ready-to-decorate cakes), including decorating with icing, gel, drawings, decorating kits, airbrush, edible images, and letterings.
- Ensure all cake products meet Cold Stone's standards of quality and excellence.

Job Description
Position Objective
The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and a superior retail experience. Additionally, the role involves performing various operational duties such as store maintenance and ensuring visual presentation standards are met as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
- Convert window shoppers into ultimate buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
- Serve customers with the highest standards and follow the company's selling guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Stay updated on the various brands of the group to provide suggestive selling to customers.
Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:
- Must be presentable and well-groomed at all times.
- Flexible to work extended hours during sale periods.
- Must possess up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
