We are currently seeking a skilled Valuations Executive / Manager to assist our MENA-based Oil and Gas clients. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals in the Strategy & Transactions (SaT) team to help clients address their strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and fair market value documentation needs. You will have the chance to grow and develop your career through a wide range of engagements, mentoring, and formal learning opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Make technical contributions to valuation and modelling on client engagements and internal projects.
• Work on large Oil and Gas clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their businesses, markets, and issues.
• Perform research and analysis of the target's industry and quoted companies in the sector.
• Handle day-to-day queries from clients and attend internal and external meetings related to assignments.
• Perform valuation calculations and analyses.
• Draft presentations and reports, formulate views on value, and present conclusions to the team.
• Contribute to the presentation of work and findings to clients.
