Details:
- Position: Mobile Salesman & Technician
- Location: Bahrain (Only Bahraini citizens can apply)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in mobile sales and repair
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist customers in selecting mobile phones and accessories based on their needs
✔ Provide expert technical support and mobile repair services
✔ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
✔ Maintain inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile sales and repair
✔ Strong technical knowledge of mobile devices and troubleshooting
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

التفاصيل:
- الوظيفة: فني هواتف محمولة ومندوب مبيعات
- الموقع: البحرين (للمواطنين البحرينيين فقط)
- الخبرة المطلوبة: سنتان على الأقل في مبيعات وصيانة الهواتف
المهام الرئيسية:
✔ مساعدة العملاء في اختيار الهواتف والإكسسوارات المناسبة لاحتياجاتهم
✔ تقديم دعم فني احترافي وخدمات صيانة الهواتف
✔ تشخيص وإصلاح أعطال الأجهزة والبرامج بكفاءة
✔ متابعة المخزون وضمان توفر المنتجات في الوقت المناسب
✔ تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء
المتطلبات:
✔ خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مبيعات وصيانة الهواتف المحمولة
✔ معرفة تقنية قوية بأجهزة الهواتف وطرق إصلاحها
✔ مهارات تواصل ممتازة وخدمة عملاء احترافية
✔ القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع
