هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل ومقرها في المنامة كـ مشرف مطعم. سيكون مشرف المطعم مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، وضمان رضا العملاء، وإدارة خدمات الطعام والشراب، والحفاظ على مستويات عالية من الخدمة للعملاء.
المؤهلات
- مهارات إشرافية ومهارات تواصل ضمن بيئة مطعم فاخر.
- مهارات رضا العملاء وخدمة العملاء.
- خبرة في إدارة خدمات الطعام والشراب.
- مهارات قيادة وإدارة فرق ممتازة.
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- خبرة سابقة في دور إشرافي هي ميزة إضافية.
- درجة دراسات ضيافة أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant Supervisor located in Manama. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing food & beverage services, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
- Supervisory and communication skills within a fine dining restaurant.
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills.
- Experience in food & beverage management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
- A hospitality or related degree is beneficial.
