Job Description:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the designated area.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premises as per given instructions and assigned premises.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors of various types.
- Dust ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture.
- Assist the maintenance teams in shifting or maintenance and waterproofing works as required.
- Communicate with the respective parties to ensure the availability of sufficient cleaning products at all times.
- Report any abnormalities observed during the cleaning process to the appropriate parties.
- Provide assistance to the maintenance team, as and when required.
- Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times.
- Responsible for following and implementing relevant requirements of the Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual.

- ضمان نظافة المنطقة المحددة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المنشأة وفقًا للتعليمات المعطاة والمرافق المحددة.

- التواصل مع الأطراف المعنية لضمان توفر مواد التنظيف بشكل كافٍ في جميع الأوقات.
- الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو ملاحظات يتم ملاحظتها أثناء عملية التنظيف إلى الجهات المعنية.
- تقديم المساعدة لفريق الصيانة عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع معايير الجودة، العمليات، والإجراءات والسياسات في جميع الأوقات.
- مسؤول عن اتباع وتنفيذ المتطلبات ذات الصلة من دليل البيئة والصحة والسلامة والجودة.

- Cost Control: Monitor and control workshop expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining optimal profitability.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate manpower and equipment to ensure effective utilization of resources and avoid unnecessary downtime.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage the performance of the team, ensuring that each member meets the required standards and contributes to the success of the workshop.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of all workshop equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and meet operational standards.
