What You'll Get to Do:
Support the deployment of new hardware as a service device (desktops, laptops, peripherals) as part of the EUHWaaS task order. This includes system imaging, software installation, configuration, and data migration.
Configure systems per baseline image specifications, ensuring all new devices are set up with the required applications, operating systems, and security settings in accordance with Government policies.
Track and manage hardware inventory throughout the refresh lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation of asset details, serial numbers, and disposition of old equipment.
Maintain detailed records of the refresh process, including system configurations, user data migration, and inventory tracking. Ensure that all processes are compliant with established processes and standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during the refresh process. Resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime for end users.
Communicate with deployment lead(s), on-site end-user POCs for deployments to schedule and execute system replacements with minimal operational disruptions.
Assist with the overall coordination of the EUHWaaS task, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Report progress, challenges, and completed tasks to the project lead.
Perform testing of systems pre/post-deployments to ensure they meet operational and security standards.
Support completing refresh activities within the timeframe required by Service Level Requirement (SLR).
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 2 years related experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Compliant with DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+, CCNA Security, etc.).
- Minimum of one OEM network or OS certification (CCNA, MDAA, MEAA, etc.).
- Proficient with Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools (e.g., MECM or similar).
- Familiarity with data migration and backup procedures.

Leidos is accepting applications for a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR), an essential role in supporting active-duty military members and their families. As a BSR, you will provide key beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Your work will help ensure that TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries receive the healthcare services and support they need.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify Benefits & Enrollment: Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more via systems like Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.
- Primary Care Manager (PCM) Changes: Follow Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines to make individual and batch PCM updates.
- Education & Customer Service: Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assisting beneficiaries both in person and over the phone.
- Claims Assistance: Provide basic claims status updates and support.
- Conduct Briefings: Lead informational sessions for various events such as in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
- Data Management: Collect and record daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) info into applicable systems.
- Assess & Escalate Issues: Evaluate the level of assistance needed and refer or escalate complex issues as needed for proper resolution.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Comply with all HIPAA regulations, maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), and complete Leidos and other training courses on time.
- Collaborate & Support: Assist with remote support, train new team members, and other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Eligible to obtain an ID card allowing access to NAS Bahrain
- Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Must meet all country-specific requirements

- مساعدة في المطالبات: تقديم تحديثات حالة المطالبات الأساسية والدعم.
- إجراء الإحاطات: قيادة الجلسات الإعلامية لفعاليات مختلفة مثل المعالجة الداخلية/الخارجية، التوليد، والفصل/التقاعد.
- إدارة البيانات: جمع وتسجيل الأنشطة اليومية ومعلومات التأمين الصحي الأخرى (OHI) في الأنظمة المناسبة.
- تقييم التصعيد: تقييم مستوى المساعدة اللازمة وتحويل أو تصعيد القضايا المعقدة حسب الحاجة للتسوية المناسبة.
- الامتثال والسرية: الامتثال لجميع اللوائح المتعلقة بـ HIPAA، والحفاظ على السرية والتعامل السليم مع المعلومات الصحية المحمية (PHI)، وإكمال دورات تدريبية لشركة ليودوس ودورات أخرى في الوقت المحدد.
- التعاون والدعم: المساعدة في الدعم عن بُعد، تدريب أعضاء الفريق الجدد، وأداء واجبات أخرى حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات الأساسية:
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، أو سنوات خبرة معادلة
- الجنسية الأمريكية
- مؤهل للحصول على بطاقة هوية تسمح بالوصول إلى NAS البحرين
- مؤهل للحصول على وصيانة تصريح ADP IT III (وظيفة غير حساسة، المستوى 1)
- خبرة في خدمة العملاء لمدة 3 سنوات أو أكثر
- يجب استيفاء جميع متطلبات الدولة الخاصة
المهارات الأساسية:
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتحدث
- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Outlook)
- القدرة على تقديم العروض بفعالية
- القدرة على التواصل بلطف مع الآخرين، سواء شخصيًا أو عبر الهاتف
- شخص مبادر، قادر على العمل بشكل مستقل وبحد أدنى من الإشراف
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية، إدارة الوقت، وقدرة على تعدد المهام
- اهتمام عالي بالتفاصيل
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- الإلمام ببرنامج TRICARE الخارجي، ونظام تسجيل تأهيل الدفاع (DEERS)، وDOES، وMHS Genesis
- خلفية عمل في المجالات التالية:
- نظام الرعاية الصحية للجيش الأمريكي أو الرعاية المدنية المدارة
- بيئة طبية أو سريرية
- MHS Genesis أو الأنظمة الصحية المدنية، مطالبات طبية
الراتب:
الراتب السنوي لهذه الوظيفة المحددة هو 32,000 دولار أمريكي ولا يمكن التفاوض عليه.
