Job Highlights:
- Monthly Rate: Approximately USD 800 (equivalent in your local currency)
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM New York Time with 1-hour unpaid break
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on an hourly rate, which depends on performance during the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
- Utilize sales platforms such as Faire, Bulletin, and Carro to gather data and insights.
- Create detailed trend reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry news and trends to inform strategic decisions to be presented once a month in PDF form.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives based on trend analysis.
Requirements:
- Deep Beauty Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of beauty trends, product formulations, competitive landscape, and wholesale dynamics.
